Thomas W. Roberts has been named water engineering manager in the Denver office of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization.
In his new position, Roberts will focus on expanding PB’s water resources group in Denver to include water distribution and wastewater collection projects. He comes to PB with more than 35 years of experience in the water and sewer industry. His areas of expertise include planning, design, and construction-related services for projects requiring water storage and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, civil/site development, roads and parking lots.
He has knowledge of the Rocky Mountain region, having served as the district engineer for four special districts, as well as manager for on-call services for numerous federal agencies, including national contracts for the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Fish and Wildlife Service and the Forest Service.
