Senate Bill 366 could modernize the California Water Plan

Michele Canales, policy analyst for the Office of Senator Anna Caballero, and Danielle Blacet- Hyden, deputy executive director for the California Municipal Utilities Association, drop by to talk about Senate Bill 366 by California Senate Anna Caballero. This legislation would work toward water supply targets in California and modernize the California Water Plan. Canales and Blacet-Hyden discuss the goals of the legislation and where it currently stands.
